• How to become a member

• How to choose products

• Shipping instructions
- After the order is placed (excluding the day of order), it will be sent out in about 1 working day, excluding holidays.

- If there are too many orders or force majeure natural disasters during festivals and holidays, shipments may be delayed.
- If selected (home delivery): The actual delivery status will be determined according to the route arranged by the home delivery driver.

• How to confirm the order

• About home delivery delivery

• Confirm whether the order is completed / query order information

• Change order content/payment method/cancel order

• Goods received but no invoice attached

• Can I apply for a paper invoice
- Yes, if you need a paper invoice, you can choose to require a paper invoice when placing an order, and we will send the paper invoice to your delivery address after the seven-day appreciation period expires.


• Return within the appreciation period without an invoice
- If you apply for a return refund within the seven-day hesitation period, the system will directly invalidate the issued electronic invoice, so there will be no more invoices.


• Can multiple invoices be issued for multiple purchases
